SG Lewis is back and bigger than ever. The internationally acclaimed producer, songwriter, and DJ has just announced his third studio album, Anemoia, dropping September 5 via his own label Forever Days, in partnership with Positiva.
That same day, he kicks off a massive 14-date North American headline tour at Austin City Limits. This fall, fans across the country will get to experience SG Lewis live as he brings his signature sound to cities nationwide.
Anemoia marks a major new chapter for the London-born, LA-based artist. After a run of club-driven collaborations and releases, SG is stepping fully back into the spotlight with a sound that’s immersive, emotional, and deeply personal.
The album’s name—taken from the word for nostalgia for a time you’ve never experienced—hints at the journey ahead. It’s a lush, genre-spanning celebration of dance music’s golden eras, infused with modern pop energy and SG’s unmistakable touch.
He’s pulling inspiration from early trance, Balearic house, 2000s electronica, and tying it all together with his sharp pop songwriting. It’s expansive, it’s euphoric, and it’s made to hit on the dancefloor and in your headphones.
“Throughout my career, I’ve often referenced past eras of music, studying them inside out to understand their cultural and technical history. In doing so, I started to question my emotional connection to those times, and why they left such a mark on me. This album is rooted in the dancefloor, and even its quieter moments are shaped by Balearic sounds that are influenced from spending a lot of time in Ibiza last summer. I think a lot of the music carries an undertone of melancholy, even when it feels high in energy. More than anything, I want Anemoia to be a soundtrack to living in the present — to creating the kind of moments that others might one day feel nostalgic for.”

“Back of My Mind,” which recently premiered as BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record, offers a taste of what’s to come. It’s introspective, layered, and still rooted in that euphoric SG Lewis sound fans know and love.
The album comes at a time of creative renewal. After nearly a decade of life on the road, SG grounded himself back in London and channeled that energy into something new—music that reaches beyond the club and dives into storytelling.
The tour kicks off September 5 in Austin, Texas and will hit major cities like Boston, New York, Chicago and LA. For ticket details and sign-up, go to drop.cobrand.com/d/SGLewis/AnemoiaTour
