Fresh off the release of her acclaimed new solo album Forever Is A Feeling, Lucy Dacus has announced additional dates for her largest headlining tour to date. The newly added shows expand the ‘Forever Is A Feeling’ Tour, which kicked off earlier this spring, and will continue through the summer and into Europe.
The first leg of the tour began April 16 in Philadelphia, with support from Katie Gavin (of MUNA) and jasmine.4.t. The run features multiple sold-out performances, including Radio City Music Hall in New York, two nights at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, and a stop at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, before heading to the UK and Europe in June.
The tour follows the release of Forever Is A Feeling, Dacus’ first solo album since her GRAMMY-winning work with boygenius. Recorded in Los Angeles, the project features a standout list of collaborators including Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker, Blake Mills, Bartees Strange, Madison Cunningham, Collin Pastore, Jake Finch, and Melina Duterte.
“I got kicked in the head with emotions. Falling in love, falling out of love. You have to destroy things in order to create things. And I did destroy a really beautiful life.”
-Lucy Dacus
Presale for the new dates begins Tuesday, April 15 at 12 p.m. local time, with general on sale launching Friday, April 18 at 12 p.m. local time via LiveNation.com.
As part of her ongoing commitment to advocacy, Dacus is partnering with The Ally Coalition (TAC) to donate $1 from every ticket sold to organizations supporting queer and trans youth across the U.S.
Tickets for all current tour dates — including the July 25 show in Philadelphia — are available now at lucydac.us/tour.
